Self-shooter Marsaili joined the company in May 2015 and is kept busy working on our Trusadh series. Having studied Events Management, Marsaili began her career in Gaelic Broadcasting in 2009. She enjoys travel and has spent time in Australia, America, Israel and Asia.
Neil works on the Trusadh series, in which he also starred when he built his own thatched cottage (‘Taigh Niall’). He directed BBC Scotland documentary ‘Lynsey Sharp: Get Out Strong, Commit’, which was shortlisted for a 2016 Celtic Media Award. Neil came to MacTV after 20 years with the BBC, where he worked in drama, comedy script writing and live broadcast. Neil is also a crofter and Mòd Gold Medallist.
Islander Ross Macleod joined the team as researcher in summer 2016 after 11 years working as editor/researcher on the popular nostalgic publication Back in the Day.
