Islander Ross Macleod joined the team in summer 2016 after 11 years working as editor/researcher on the nostalgic publication Back in the Day. He works as a director across our documentary strand and popular crofting format An Lot.

Self-shooter Marsaili joined the company in May 2015 and is kept busy working on our Trusadh series. Having studied Events Management, Marsaili began her career in Gaelic Broadcasting in 2009. She enjoys travel and has spent time in Australia, America, Israel and Asia.
